Greetings! Salutations in the name of The Grand Architect of the Universe

To the Grand Officers, Worshipful Masters, Worthy Matrons, and members holding allegiance to The Most Worshipful John G. Jones Grand Lodge Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Louisiana, Queen Moremi Grand Chapter of Louisiana, Order of the Eastern Star, and all Grand Lodges and Chapters family and friends.

WHEREAS, the bylaws statues of The Most Worshipful John G. Jones Grand Lodge Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Louisiana, Article 16 provides that this Grand Lodge shall meet in its regular Annual Session, in the City of Lafayette, LA, each year, or in any other city in Louisiana. The Grand Master shall have the power to change the time and place of meeting of the Grand Lodge, in case of development of conditions not known at the time or regular appointment. A fifteen (15) days’ notice shall be given to all Lodges throughout the jurisdiction of the change. Please be advised that Registration is MANDATORY for all members, regardless of attendance.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN, pursuant to the masonic laws, I, Most Worshipful Olugbenga J. Shomade, 33rd, Grand Master do summon all Grand Lodge Officers Past and Present, all Worshipful Masters, Past Masters, Senior Wardens, Junior Wardens, All Brothers of the Craft, and all members with Auxiliary Degrees in good standing with Most Worshipful John G. Jones Grand Lodge Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Louisiana are to assemble with this Grand Body at our Annual Session on March 17, 2022 through March 20, 2022. This will be held at the EMBASSY SUITES Hotel, located at 4914 Constitution Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. All members are to be present in full Masonic and Auxiliary Degree attire.

BE IT THEREFORE KNOWN that All Sisters of the Order of the Eastern Star are to assemble with this Grand Body at our Annual Session on March 17, 2022, through March 22, 2022. This will be held at the EMBASSY SUITES Hotel, located at 4914 Constitution Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. All members are to be present in full OES attire.

All visiting Grand Masters & Grand Matrons need not to Register.

All members who are financial with both their subordinate Lodge, Chapter and the Grand Lodge are entitled to attend and witness the proceedings. All members must register through their Lodge/Chapter, whether attending or not. Please follow all guidelines presented in said proclamation.

According to bylaws statues of The Most Worshipful John G Jones Grand Lodge Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Louisiana, Article 74, Section I, It is very paramount that members attends the Annual Grand Session, Those Lodges/Chapters not in compliance shall be fined. As always govern yourselves accordingly.

We are more than grateful to you for having the confidence in us to serve you, and we humbly pledge ourselves to continue devoting our services and efforts to fulfill the duties and our obligations to this Grand Old Order. With help and support, we will continue to move forward in doing great things.

We are preparing for a great Grand Session for our jurisdiction this year. Fraternal Brothers and Sisters are coming throughout the State for this joyful occasion. In addition, Brothers and Sisters across the USA will be in attendance. This Grand Body welcomes them, your family, and other distinguished guest.
